"Absolutely terrible customer service. My mom recently called Rick Lyman Insurance with a few simple questions that she was unsure of, Instead of helping, Wesley on the phone was rude He spoke to her with an attitude, and would keep telling her different information getting her more confused and honestly made her feel like she was a burden. To make it worse, when getting on the phone with the manger, Rick she was hung up on in the middle of the conversation. No customer, especially one trying to understand why there money is not coming deserves to be treated like that. This company has zero professionalism, zero patience, and zero respect for the people they’re supposed to serve. We will never use Rick Lyman Insurance again, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want to be treated with basic decency. Update my mother called back today still not receiving her check, when calling Paula was already disrespectful after the first question and again was using a very aggressive tone she don’t know any info on the check as well not knowing what other phone to call so my mother does not have to call them back and again was hang up on by Paula and when trying to call back we were put on voicemail! There will be another complaint filed I would not recommend this company for anyone she has this insurance for years and the way is is being treated is unacceptable"
